Here is the order of the hop:

Here is my LOTV Christmas Card

I chose a lovely image from LOTV called Trimming the Tree and I made a huge circular easel card with the largest grand nestie of Scalloped Circles, with loads of glittered poinsettia and snowflakes.  Don't you just love this image it is just gorgeous.

I used the technique I mentioned in a previous post of die cutting the flowers and snowflakes from card and then spraying with spray glue and adding glitter, this is so quick compared with using glossy accents which is what I used to do.

This is a view of the full card.

and now a close up of the sentiment, which is also LOTV which I embossed with black embossing powder.

The border at the bottom and snowflake are both Memory Box, again sprayed and the glittered.

A side view showing the decorated inside.

Hope you enjoyed my card and don't forget to visit the other blogs to be in with a chance of winner.

I will be posting a card next week using an image from Elizabeth Bell and all the other DT members will be posting using images from their sponsors.
I would love to enter this card into the following challenges.
Lili's Little Fairies - Bingo - Flowers, Gems & Glitter (cannot miss the glitter)

VannaBea - Stacey

Good Morning Blogging Buddies,

Sorry I have not been around much last week, life is very busy at work and at home - we had our 16 month old granddaughter from Friday to this morning - and we are sooooo tired, I understand why we cannot have anymore children once we reach a certain age, running around after them, sleepless nights, but all worth it when she smiles at you.

This is my first card of the day, I have a DT card planned for this afternoon, so just like buses - none for ages and then they all come at once.  This is card is from a new artist call VannaBea, she has some great images and they have just gone live today, I feel very honored to be give a chance to colour one up to show you.

I am sure you will agree she is stunning, I made a large 8" card and I have teamed her with some digi paper called Forest Fairy from Crafts and Me, I added her as a layer in Photoshop and put a drop shadow behind her, really pleased with the outcome because it looks like I spent ages cutting her out.

The flourishes are Memory Box as are the Willow Dragonflies, there are some black diamantes in each bottom corner.

So why don't you drop over and the other stunning images that are on offer... here

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

Back to School - Mo Manning

Hiya Blogging Buddies,

I would like to say hello to my new followers  - I am very grateful for all your lovely comments, they really make my day.

Today I have a card I made for my son's girlfriend, she has just started a new job as a school teacher, I chose a wonderful Mo Manning image To School 'c'.

I saw a fridge magnet whilst shopping a while ago and thought it would just be perfect for the basis of a card for Jess, it makes a great stopper for an easel card.

The all die cuts are memory box, I do love their dies they always cut perfectly for me.

 Hope you like this card.

Anything Goes - Early Christmas Card - LOTV - Christmas Gifts

Morning Everyone
Today sees a new challenge at Anything Goes and this fortnight our theme is Early Christmas, I just love Christmas and have been looking forward to all the cards I need to make for my huge family.  Not sure who is for yet, but I am really pleased with how it turned out.

I used one of the new LOTV stamps called Christmas Gifts, isn't she cute? Coloured in Copics with plenty of Glamour Dust, oh how I love this stuff, not used it since last Christmas.

I made another punch around the page cards using a Martha Stewart punch.  The sentiment is LOTV too and the die cuts are Memory box,  I didn't have any glitter card so I cut it out of normal card I had intended to coat with Glossy Accents and sprinkle with Glamour Dust but it takes so long and the die cuts are very intricate so I came up with a good idea I gave them a quick spray with Shine and Sparkle and then sprinkled on Glamour Dust, this was much quicker and dried really quickly.

This is the inside, with two little pockets for messages.

A view of the left side

Close up of right side.

I was asked if I could do a tutorial for this type of card, it is really quite simple - if you are using a Martha Stewart punch around the page you can only use certain measurements, starting at 4 inches with increments of 2 3/4 inches.  The other card I made was 6 3/4 inches by 9 1/2 inches, this card is 6 3/4 inches.

You start by punching in each corner with the corner punch and then finish off with the straight punch.

Decorate the panels - the then fun part. I sort of eyeball how I want the inside joining panel.

I score in the middle and then again each side, I then angle the edges and decorate.

I use the red double sided, really sticky tape to joint them together.  See I told you it was easy.

Paper is Bo Bunny, which along with Martha Stewart punches can be purchased at the Craft Den.

The other DT at Anything Goes have made some amazing creations so please drop over and see them.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.
